Company provide safety for 24/7/365! You need just sign the agreement and we guarantee that your luggage will be secure.
Minimum space- 1 sq.m. Minimun period - 7 nights.
1 sq.m - 450 rub per week
2 sq.m - 800 rub per week
3 sq.m. - 1200 rub per week
4 sq.m - 1550 rub per week
5 sq.m. - 2000 rub per week
Courier-service for your luggage - from 2000 rubles.

Extra-service: Laundry

Housekeeper could take care about your clothes: washing, ironing
or take on your clothes to dry-cleaning.

Leave your clothes and complete the form for the housekeeper. Tick the necessary items: laundry, ironing. You can choose hourly payment (750 rub per hour). You can pay immediately by cash. If you prefer to pay by credit card, bank transfer, or need for additional services (dry cleaning), contact your manager for processing services.

Shirt (only ironing without washing) - 100 rubles
Trousers (washing and ironing) - 200 rubles
Jeans (washing and ironing) - 150 rubles
Sweater (hand-wash and ironing) - 200 rubles

Extra-Service: Taxi and Transfer

We can offer you a pick-up service at the airport or train station.



Inform your manager whether you need to be picked up, and the taxi will wait for you on time. Usually the price of a pick-up service is about 1600 rubles.
Also any time you need a taxi – just give a call to your manager.

Extra Service: Breakfasts

Easy steps to add a breakfast to accommodation:

Choose a cafe near your apartment.  ("CoffeHouse", "Shokoladnitsa" or Starbucks)
2. Choose the type of breakfast, use the list of menu (see under cut)!
3. Manager will calculate the amount of the breakfasts for the period of your accommodation*
*We will add our commissions to the price of breakfast.
5. Order a breakfast and give your coupon or card to the waiter in the cafe,
For coupons - "Coffee House’s" waiter will make a mark on the coupon. In other stores, you will pay by card.
- You can leave us your card or take it with you at check-out. Money for unused Breakfast is non-refundable.

B&B - the most popular type of accommodation in hotels around the world. We serve breakfast in cafes "Shokoladnitsa" or "Coffee House". The breakfast will cost about 250 rubles. In "Starbucks" - about 500 rub. We can include your breakfast expenses into the final bill. Check-in manager provides coupons for a certain number of breakfasts. To get a breakfast arrive to the café by 12 pm and exchange your coupon for a meal.
