Apartments rules

GENERAL PRECAUTIONS

·         Please keep quiet in the apartment after 9:00 pm.
·         Properly lock the apartment doors when leaving or returning to the apartment.

 
·         Do not open the door to people you do not know or have not invited, including the police and domestic maintenance people such as plumbers, etc. Please tell them to contact manager to discuss any issues. Our support team of housemaids and property management people will have keys to the apartment.
·         Do not invite strangers into the apartment. This will keep you and your belongings safe.
·         Take fire safety rules: do not leave electric appliances working when you leave the apartment (including music system and TV set, coffee maker). There is a penalty for property damage.
·         Please switch-off air-conditions. Don’t switch on the conditioners in winter period, they could be broken.
·         Do not light candles, and do not smoke in bed. Do not smoke in the apartment. The penalty for smoking is 2000 rubles

PROPERTY MAINTANANCE

·         In case of any problem, please call your Intermark consultant for assistance. Do not try to solve the problem yourself. Always inform of any damage.
·         Our technical support manager checks for failures and fixes them according to the approved schedule and necessity. Before he comes to the apartment, our technical support manager repeatedly ring to the doorbell, if no one opens, he opens using his own key.

Visit of our technical specialist
Free to fix the problems with equipment Visit (by request):
- Adjustment of Wi-Fi laptop / tablet / phone software first visit for free, the second and subsequent 500 rubles per visit
- Delivery of extra blankets / sheets / towels / table lamp - 500 rubles (number of blankets, pillows, lamps is calculated on the basis of the number of beds. The brand is the choice of a company)
- Extra bedlinen and towel set - 500 rubles (number of bed linen sets is according to the bed spaces indicated at the booking)
- The Purchase of equipment, dishes, curtains, lamps in concurrence with company

HOUSEMAID SERVICE
Cleaning time: 9:00 to 18:00 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please, contact our manager if you want to request convenient time
No cleaning in case of:
·         Guest’s decision
·         Guest do not open the door, or asked to “do not disturb” (You can agree the time with manager till 10.00 this day)
·         If the guest have check-in after 16.00 the day before the cleaning service.
She will also change bed linen and towels every seven days. Please do not take new bed linen or towels yourself (There is an additional charge of RUR 1000). Extra cleaning: 700 rubles. Penalty for towels/bedlinen damage is 1000 rub.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check-in time for all serviced apartments begins after 2 p.m. Check-out time is before 12:00.
Early check-in and late check-out (before 6 p.m.) require an extra payment of 50% of one day's rent.
Check-out later than 6 p.m. requires an extra payment of one day's rent.
Please check with your Intermark manager in advance to discuss the possibility of early check-in or late check-out.
